Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Customers must notify us within 1 day of delivery to initiate an exchange

Shipping Note

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchanged item will be dispatched accordingly

Product Care & No-Return Policy

To maintain the quality and longevity of your BG Creation outfit, please follow the care instructions provided.

  • Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, stained, shrunk, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange
