Shipping Charges

  • 🇵🇰 Pakistan: Free shipping on all orders

  • 🌍 International Orders:

    • Free shipping on orders above $500 USD

    • Orders below $500 USD are charged based on weight and destination

Delivery Attempts & Protocol

If delivery is attempted while the recipient is unavailable:

  • The courier may contact you for further instructions

  • Re-delivery or alternate arrangements may be made

  • For non-COD orders, parcels may be left at an alternate location only after payment confirmation

International Orders & Customs Responsibility

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are subject to customs regulations in the destination country.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are determined by local authorities

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility

  • No additional shipping fees are payable to the courier; customs charges are government-imposed

BG Creation does not collect or control these charges and is not responsible for paying them on the customer’s behalf.

Customs Clearance & Delivery Responsibility

  • If customs clearance is required, the customer must cooperate with local authorities

  • In case of delays, both the courier and the customs office may contact the recipient

  • If the shipment is not cleared due to the customer's inaction, it is considered delivered from our end

Under such circumstances:

  • Returns, refunds, or cancellations cannot be accepted

Refusal to Pay Customs Charges

If an international shipment is refused after dispatch:

  • The order may be returned to BG Creation

  • Any refund issued will be deducted by:

    • Original shipping cost

    • Return shipping cost

    • Any customs or tax charges billed upon return

⚠️ Important:
If a shipment is marked abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non-response or refusal, no refund or replacement will be issued.
